At Target Area, our mission is to support and empower individuals as they reintegrate into society. We believe that it is our duty to help make this important transition as seamless as possible. Our approach is based on a foundation of communication, relationship building, and a commitment to connecting our clients to the resources they need to become productive members of society. With our experienced team and network of community partners, we are here to support you every step of the way.
Target Area is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our Non-Profit Organization is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We make sure that those most affected by the issues are at the center of our work and are empowered to create positive long-lasting change. For that, we adopted a hype-local approach by hiring within the communities we serve. Through the Metropolitan Peace Academy our case managers and street out-reach teams are trained to develop the design of leadership by enhancing their ability to implement practices in violence reduction. Together our street out-reach team and case managers work together to connect high risk individuals, pre-release and re-entry individuals to receive our support and services.
